Working principle

Material through feeding hollow shaft evenly into the ball mill’s first bin. Silos have stepped or corrugated lining plates containing various sizes of steel balls, the rotation of the cylinder creates centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain level. After falling from a high place, the steel ball has a great impact force and grinding effect on the material. After the material has been coarse in the first bin, it enters the second bin through a single layer partition. The silo is fitted with flat lining plates and steel balls to further grind the material. The final material is discharged through the grate plate to complete the grinding.
