First of all, raw ore of potassium feldspar must be crushed to a certain particle by using the crushing equipment. The commonly used crushing equipment is the cone crusher which can crush the potassium feldspar into cubic finished particles. Then the screening equipment is applied to select suitable particles of potassium feldspar in order to meet the feeding demand of the ball mill. Using the feeding device to transport suitable particles of the potassium feldspar into the ball mill for grinding processing. The potassium feldspar after milled to a certain particle enters the flotation machine for flotation purification. The corresponding additives are added according to the properties of potassium feldspar. The potassium feldspar which after flotation processing are transported into spiral classifier for classification treatment. Finally dry potassium feldspar can be obtained after preliminary concentration by the thickener and drying by the dryer.
