Case Introduction

Hematite is the main mineral form of iron oxide and is one of the most economically important minerals, from which iron is mainly smelted.  Hematite is a widely distributed accessory mineral in all kinds of rocks. After iron is selected through beneficiation, its economic value has reached a new level.  India has rich hematite resources. If properly developed,it will get huge returns.  After careful consideration, a customer finally built this magnetite production line with a processing capacity of up to 800 T /d by Mecru Heavy Industry.

Detailed Configuration

The first step is to crush and screen hematite. Jaw crusher can be used to crush the hematite. If the particle size of the material does not meet the production requirements, it can be screened out and then crushed.  The second step will be sieved out of the material evenly sent to the ball mill for grinding, and the screw classifier classification, not satisfied with the re-grinding powder;  The third step is the key step of beneficiation, send the material to the magnetic separator for magnetic separation, and finally get iron powder drying.
