Case Introduction

This crushing project mainly crushes limestone, the hardness of which is generally not large. Limestone is the main raw material for burning lime and cement, and is the flux for ironmaking and steelmaking, so it has a great market demand. With the continuous expansion of market demand, customers also urgently need to upgrade the original production line and expand production capacity. After multi-party consultation and comparison and on-site inspection, we finally chose to cooperate with Mecru Heavy Industry.

The mobile station adopts a centralized control system, all equipment can be operated through liquid crystal display, the system adjusts the operating speed, and the operation is simple, accurate and efficient.
The screening station adopts a double screen box design, which brings a larger screening area, which not only improves the throughput of materials, but also ensures extremely high screening quality.
All belts are made of ultra-wide and thick material, which is wear-resistant and durable. It can be folded/extended hydraulically for easy transportation and can be quickly switched between working and transportation states.
No infrastructure construction is required, which reduces infrastructure investment. After the mobile station enters the site and undergoes simple debugging, it can be directly produced, which is efficient and fast.
